Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were fantastic with plates, utensils, microwave, and bottomless juice all day. They were spacious with comfortable beds and chairs, plus basic cable and internet access. However, be careful not to disturb items as surprises might be found. The service was exceptional and accommodating, with lovely touches like a dog bed and milkbones for our furry friend. The location was perfect for accessing Old Quebec City, other tourist sites, shopping, and the casino. The dining experience offered a nice variety of healthy options, including Quebec staples like scrambled eggs and creton. The facilities were great with laundry facilities and pet amenities.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a good layout, but cleanliness could be improved. The staff is friendly and accommodating; they even helped us shorten our stay due to Hurricane Irma. The location is a bit out of the way and not soundproof enough, affecting sleep quality. The dining options were average with some missed items. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff available in both French and English. The location is great, about 10 minutes away from downtown Quebec by car. The dining experience was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel. Overall, excellent value for money.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with genuinely helpful staff but is located in an industrial area. The dining experience is good but could have more variety. The price is reasonable, and the access to Quebec City is convenient.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Old Quebec City and easy to find, with friendly service and good breakfast options, although the rooms lack a coffee maker and microwave. The property is clean and comfortable, providing a great value for the money.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff, located close to amenities. The dining experience is satisfactory, but with limited food choices. Overall, a reasonable option for the price.
